"Combat Storm" rules for soft plastic "army men"

I guess you could say that I started wargaming at a very early age. It always starts with those good old soft plastic army men. I always had them when I was a kid and some of my friends had huge collections of them. I can remember setting up hundreds of them in my friend Tom's basement and then we would throw tennis balls at them. I wasn't a very orderly game system, but it was still fun.
