Battlefield Evolution: World War II

A while back we reported that Mongoose Publishing had released a WWII variant of their Battlefield Evolution rules on modern combat. I now see that they have supplements out for using vehicles including compendiums on both German and Soviet WWII vehicles. I still have not tried their WWII rules. I have tried their modern combat rules and it appears to be a good system. Everybody tends to become casualties very quickly though. Maybe that is just the way it has to be.

In case you are wondering, I still favor the Disposable Heroes/Coffin for Seven Brothers rules from Iron Ivan games when it comes to gaming WWII. It has been at least a year since I have organized a game, but I still regard that system as the best I have seen.
